Middle school/elementary 2/14 minute halves Clock stops Time outs/free throws 3 time outs per game 2/30. – 1/60 in tournament/ league 2 times per game 1/3-1/full

Clock stops under 2 minutes both leagues and tournaments on dead positions

teams that are late will only play the reminder of there game time . If the opposing team decides they want the fofeit win , it has to be decided before game starts by the coach and the head referee.

Schedule request needs to be in no later than the Tuesday before the weekend games, schedule will usually come out by Wednesday night Thursday morning giving teams enough time to confirm there spots

TEAMS WILL RECEIVE A TECHNICAL FOUL IF THE TOP JERSEY DOES NOT MATCH
